
I always enjoyed cooking traditional Tuscan dishes and in particular the Butesi ones, because all the recipes have been pass on to me by my mother and grandmother(who also owned a pizzeria with my grandfather).
My reciepes are enclosed in a notebook that is very precious to me and, among my favourite dishes, there are croutones alla Butese as an appetizer and macaroni with meat sauce and egg tagliatelle as first course.
Among the second courses, my favourites are for stuffed black sprouts with pork and zucchini.
For Dessert, Tiramisù and Castagnaccio. Preferably, I like to cook land dishes. appetizers, first and second courses of meat and desserts.
