I partecipanti incontreranno l'host presso la
sua casa privata dove si svolgerà la lezione. La pradona di
casa , dopo un caffè di benvenuto, fornirà loro i grembiuli e le informazioni sui
maharrones a podihe, la pasta fresca tipica di Mamoiada. Al termine del laboratorio
mangeranno tutti insieme e assaggiando la pasta preparata. Oltre la pasta, il pasto
comprenderà anche un antipasto, la frutta e il caffè.
